Decided to go watch fellow club members zoom down the track at Navasota today. Was my first time ever being to a track was pretty fun! Almost makes me want to take Gertrude out there. art

That makeshift plywood wall makes that place look like something out of a Mad Max movie.

LOL Yes it's horrible. A couple of pieces actually fell down yesterday because of the wind. The track has to have it because of the city made a rule about it (neighbors across the street don't like the noise). It's on the agenda of ways to try and fix it and other things at the track. The track doesn't have funds to fix everything so the owner and folks from my car club are trying to figure out ways to fix that wall... one of which is sponsors and having them advertise on a board.
