Here's the key to making your own popcorn oil that mimics what you get in a Movie theater. I melt stick butter (the real stuff) in the microwave until it liquefies then place in the fridge. A clear glass bowl works great. After it cools you will see three distinctive layers. The thin top and bottom has to be removed leaving only the clear/yellow center (about 97%). I mix this with coconut oil at a rate of 50/50. Be sure to use fresh popcorn. After popping, dash with fine popcorn salt. Enjoy!

Oh, the butter makes a great topper also.

Coconut oil is the healthy choice and tasty too. Butter in moderation is ok, nothing better tasting thats for sure.

Lard (Crisco) :skul will kill you.

Lard is absolutely essential for good refried beans.
