Quicktime help

I have downloaded the fireworks video as posted in this board but can't save it to the computer/disc because I don't have Quicktime Pro. Is there any other way for me to pull/download this video without having to upgrade? My other option is to get the camera and tape from the guy and burn it to a dvd burner if I have to. TIA
 
Downloaded that but can't get the file in there. I think it's all because I don't have Pro. I can view the vid in quicktime but can't save it anywhere. What am I missing...................besides a brain?

If it's an embedded video, then any program, page, or browser addon should save the file. Quicktime shouldn't have anything to do with it, unless it's saving it in a .mov and another quicktime format.
 
You burn it onto a disc :eek:mg Do we have to tell you EVERYTHING?

I got it in .flv and didn't have an option in Moyea to burn it and couldn't save it in another format. I'm now downloading your suggestion to go from .flv to another format. Stupid computers. You'd think with the link already here one of these computer nerds could've done it 6 hours ago and emailed it to me or something. Figuring this *&%^ out is like having a conversation with Jack.

Now you tell me. I've already downloaded Mark's suggestion so I guess my computer will blow up. Scratch my earlier comment about one of you guys doing it. I sure don't need a computer full of your gigantoporn.
 
Oh, my bad for not posting quick enough. Some of us have to actually do work during the day.....

Oh and the porn is never converted and burned to disc. It's all encrypted, password protected, and hidden deep in the dark corners of a maze of folders. I take my porn security seriously.
 
Well, I have to go with your program. Mark's suggestion requires some kind of activation or it watermarks it or something. I was at work at 4:30 this morning thank you very much.
 
Maybe you've learned to get a copy of the original, next time.
 
I'd also suggest downloading VLC player. It plays just about everything. Combine that with Any Video Converter, you shouldn't have any more problems with videos. Best part is that both are free.

I'm sure you meant that in an affirmatory, if somewhat unctuous manner. Now if that was meant as bon mot example, you have a ways to go to catch up with Mark.
