Rainy day head question

Heres my engine specs:

289 bored .030
11:1 compression

Heads are World Products (Dart II) 351 Windsor Sr.
2.02 intake 1.60 exhaust valves
Heads milled (along with the block decked) to give a 60cc chamber

Performer RPM manifold
Holley 700dp

Cam is a Comp Cams 282S
282/282
236/236 @ .050
526/526 lift
110 LSA
RPM Range 2000-6000

4 speed
3:50 rear

Those heads have 200cc intake runners. I've run them for over 15 years, but many have said they are way to big for the street.

So here is the rainy day question... what would happen if I put the factory 289 heads back on?
They already have screw in studs. Of course my compression would be about 12:1, but would I notice a gain or reduction
in power?

What's the intended use for the vehicle? Street, strip, combo? If you're running down the strip all the time at WOT, that setup may be ok. Otherwise, throttle response is going to suffer. Both the carb and the intake runners are too big for that motor, even with the cam it has.
