Rear brake upgrade, need ? answered.

Upgraded the rear brakes on the Mustang, I guess I need to install a adjustable proportioning valve to adjust front to rear bias but how do I install it. I have the stock valve after the master cylinder, do I bypass the stock valve for the rear brakes or just install the adjustable valve after the stock valve?

I have cobra calipers and master cylinder without the stock valve... The front line exits the master cylinder and Tee's off to the two front calipers. The rear line exits the master to an adjustable prop valve, then back the axle where Tee's off to the rear calipers. I'm not sure I have my adjustment correctly set and recently saw somewhere where you can buy a brake line pressure gauge to properly set the bias. That is on my to do list still...
