Rear seat belts.

Ok. First mustang I ever drove I bought. So I'm full of stupid questions.

My brand new 1966 coupe doesn't have belts in the back. Should there be? If so is the spots to bolt in? Now the really dumb stuff. Before I go into just rip it out mode, how do I take the rear seat out? I think I would just pull up then out. Any help much appreciated.

Coupe? Fastback? In either case the bottom seat lifts out by grabbing the front lower lip of the seat cushion by the carpet, push backwards and then upward. This front lower portion will then detach from the floor brackets.
