Have a question on a 1966 mustang.. Converting from 6 cyl with the small 7 1/4" rear diff to a ford 9 Inch. Ordered the correct rear ubolts and was planning on drilling the retainer plates out for the new bolts. Before I go through the trouble.. why not ask the stupid question. Who has done this with success or just buy new plates??
