Hey, Gang:

I am looking for a vendor for the following services for my 1965 GT:

1. Rechrome the plastic dash cluster & glove box
2. Restore my wood steering wheel
3. Seat belt restoration ( I've seen Snake oyl -$$$)
4. 4 speed toploader rebuild
5. Rechromer for metal parts in the Del, MAR, Va area
6. I am also looking for a source for metal backed wood grain

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I've used QualKrom, but they're up in PA. Quality work, but not cheap.

I've used Royal Silver in Norfolk for chrome plating, but they are expensive. My latest chroming project I sent to CA to have done for 1/2 the price. By half price, if the difference was 5 or 10, no biggie, I'm talking $300 vs $600 for door vent window frames.

Not the fastest, but my 65 Deluxe belts he restored look GREAT, right down to the new FoMoCo date correct tags! I can't confirm the percent savings
over Snake Oyl, but I believe I saved $$ over them.
