Is it just me or is this a sad story.
In OZ our saltwater crocodiles are quite a bit bigger and meaner than your alligators, but they are federally protected and if 1 causes a problem, it is trapped and relocated.
Blatant killing is not tolerated and after all, we are going into their home.
 
it is sad, BUT... they were protected for so long around there that they are thicker than mosquitos. they are starting to show up in residential areas & cause problems, so they instituted a special hunting season for them a few years back.

Watched it just recently.....what a show. Bad when they have to do closed caption just to understand English.....lol
 
On the otehr side of the pond....try finding audio of Guy Martin or The Isle of Mann TT race fame. Now there is some giberish...in english of course. :lol
