repro or orig tooling?

Need to buy a front valance and gravel deflector for the '68 convert. Is orig tooling stuff worth 3X the other cheaper parts? Mostly interested in fit and weight. Thanks for any input.

Not sure on the stone deflector and valance but the Hood and Tail light panel I bought in Ford Tooling was much heavier and fit great.

Usually, most of the cheaper stuff is ok for the smaller panels like the valances and stone deflectors ... usually.

For any major panel, like hoods, fenders and stuff, the Ford tooling stuff is the ONLY way to go.
