REQUEST: Jambalaya Recipe

I'm looking for a good jambalaya recipe for these cold winter months. I used to have a great one, but lost it. I'm too much of a spazz to make it from scratch, but I do remember making the roux as part of it (i.e., browning the flour in the oven and so forth)

We cook this with the hottest hot sausage we can find...I would eat it every week...but I'm lucky if I get it 2-3 times a year since kids

As for doing a search, I know I could do that, but I'm searching the great culinary braintrust of SF for a tried and true recipe. :thu

We have been using the Zatarans like Nick said above using a good hot andouille sausage plus some chicken and shrimp and a little extra okra, delicious!!! kip

It's a quick way to good dish for sure. I've also gone this way a few times and was quite surprised at how good it was.
