So I went to Wenatchee to teach ACLS at their local college and stopped by a BBQ place for some pork and came away with these fries called ribbon fries or the look of chips are the best tasting things that have ever crossed my lips in my life

My wife has the machine to make those. It's one of the reasons I want to get a turkey frier. When I use it,I generally sprinkle them with old bay seasoning. I've been using the fry daddy to make them. They are good. I made them once with a brisket and used the rub that I put on the brisket.Awesome,We had people over that day and not only were they looking for more brisket,I had to make more of those. They were just as happy with those then they were with the brisket. I think it's made by sunbeam. Next time I go into the closet where she keeps it I'll take a pic of the box.
