A few minutes ago I received an e-mail letting me know that Lark Bragg, MCA Head Judge for Classification, has passed away from cancer. For those of you who have attended a National or Grand National show you would have met Lark with his trademark straw hat and bright headband. He was a terrific person and a great friend. I had the privilege of serving with him on the MCA Board for the last eight years. I have lost a wonderful friend and MCA has lost much more.

Sorry for your loss Laurie. Never met him but I can remember seeing the man with the hat in several photos from past shows. I hope his family finds peace.

That is very sad news.
We liked Lark a lot.
His initial demeanor seemed gruff, but when he warmed up to you he was wonderful kind man.
MCA lost a good friend and contributor.
Our condolenses to Beverly.
Thanks Laurie,
Joyce and Mike

Having served with him for 2 years on the MCA Board and more than that, having him as a friend, the Mustang world has lost a GREAT guy! So sorry to hear about his passing. He was a true gentleman.

I lost a great friend, advisor, and counselor. He will not be forgotten.

My condolences to the entire Bragg family.

I think Charles intorduced us at Park City. I'm sure he enjoyed his life and with all the Mustang friends he had how could he not. We should celebrate his life.

Laurie, sorry to hear about that.

Wasn't he at the show in Tuscon we took the 67 to?

If he is who I am thinking of, he was a very nice guy. Amber seems to remember a guy with a straw hat with a bright hat band. We were also parked next to an old couple that were super nice. I had heard that the man had passed away too.

I know that there is a better place set aside for them!
