While reading that stupid VW thread.... yeah, it was a slow day and I read every page... I noticed these photos and stole them for our use.

The StangFix water mark mucks them up a bit though.

Otherwise, I like them. Did you see the VMF one about getting in before the Lock - with Jordie (sp?) sliding under the door? Classic!

You guys remind me of the pathetic dude who can't get over his cute chearleader GF who dumped him! VMF has moved on, you have StangFix now, it's better, sexier, :gobp er!
let it go... :pf

Ya know, I've often wondered about this very thing....here is what I came up with.... The Stangfix members, for the most part know their chit, yet they still like to help people, or just tell people when they f^%# up. So they venture to the other site, VMF in a need to help others. Stangfixers are simply that, guys that fix stangs and know their chit........ so help a newb out when you can. Thats my half drunk $.02......

Some know more than others. I consider myself VERY green on car restoration work. I'm ok at turning a wrench, but I've never restored a car. But I research the holy heck out of everything I do and deliberate for months before making my final choice...That is why I love StangFix...Not only do you see the best of the best discussing what they did, and how they did it, but most importantly WHY. And that's what I'm here for. Due to time, money, equipment and general knowhow constraints, I'm doing a VERY light amount of work to my car. It's mostly drivable, and as soon as I freshen the brakes, suspension and do a few things under the hood, it'll be fine for tooling around town. But in 6-10 years I am going to strip it down to a shell, media blast, epoxy prime, and build the thing piece by piece (hopefully with my son, hoping he enjoys it) and I consider a large part of my time I spend here part of the preparations for when I really am ready to take the car down to the bones.

I go to the VMF for the quantity of information. I come here for the quality.
