Shower/Toilet unit for an RV?

I'm thinking about converting my box trailer into a camper. I'll still leave room to haul a car in the back but plan to put a wall to separate the rear from the living area. To make the beat use of space I was thinking about using a Shower/Toilet pre molded unit. My questions are......

1) How much water storage do I need for a 3 day stay?
2) How much storage for the waste?
3) Do I need to have a separate tank for the black water and the grey water?
4) Are there any smell issues with these?
5) How does the pump operate, 110 volts, 12 volt, and does it require a expansion tank?
6) How do I hook it up for on site water?

I want to keep it simple and the weight as low as I can. I plan to cook on the grill outside the camper.

1) How much water storage do I need for a 3 day stay? that depends on if you shower, how many people use it, etc.
2) How much storage for the waste? same issue
3) Do I need to have a separate tank for the black water and the grey water? yes
4) Are there any smell issues with these? there are chemicals or natural ways to deal with the smell
5) How does the pump operate, 110 volts, 12 volt, and does it require a expansion tank? most will operate on both, they have a converter. you don't need an expansion tank
6) How do I hook it up for on site water? most campers have hook-up for water and use line pressure, the tank would be separate system.

I will throw this out there for you, I have a 1977 Coachman motorhome I intend to strip/gut and scrap. (except the engine and trans). I can save all the camper stuff for you. It would be free if you want to come and get it.

I don't really have a direct pic of the motorhome but it can be seen in this pic
