Shrink the pic for me?

Could someone please take that large assed picture that is on my page, when I make or add to a topic, and shrink it for me to a reasonable size. Some things can be too large...lol :shee
 
Thanks so much Mike! The old pic was taking up way too much room on the forum page when I posted. This works great for a sig pic.! :wor
