Since I'm kind of new here, I have a question.

Midlife is a mod that moves posts. When he does, the original thread looks like his, but was most likely started by someone else in the wrong section. if you click the link, you can see the original.

He seems to enjoy looking for posts which have been started in the incorrect board, such as this one :thu and then move them to their new and correct home.

Hmmm, gives me an idea.

This thread really needs to be moved to the GumFlappers Lounge....

What suspension parts should I use on my 86 Ford 1320 compact tractor?

My MF 2130 doesn't seem to want to hold a battery charge. I'm thinking the alternator but have a question before I replace it. The battery cables are reversed. Wierd I know but the pos cable is grounded to the block and negative vice versa. I've researched a little to find this "common" but wonder where the polarity "change" is at. Do I have to get an alternator that "accepts" this? Again, my confusion lies in the location of the "polarity change".

Are you sure your battery is a reverse polarity type?

OK, OK, OK, such topics as Midlife and Tractors need to be transported to the Flapper's hall of shame. Put on your seatbelts kiddies......
