Soda blasting interior fiberglass bits?

So the other day I purchased a small soda blaster and I was wondering about using it on my fastback's fiberglass? It still has the texture to it and I really really do NOT want to use oven cleaner or any other solvents if possible, I would rather let the soda clean out the crevices or all paint and goo, then repaint with lacquer interior rattle can paint?

Thoughts?

Not sure if the soda would harm the texture, but worth a shot in an inconspicuous area. I used the oven cleaner and it worked very well. It's not too messy either, just rinses right off. Page 5 of my build thread shows this:
