That's awesome, Rod. How many vehicles has your dealership moved in that same time frame? Seems the economy is not affecting people's buying decisions down there."Flysure1" said:Lariat diesel---not near every option, also not near the record--one salesman thought there was a 78,000 dollar truck sold once! # 11(new and used) in 5 weeks.
Since I started we have sold 40 something----quite a few for a small dealership--my best so far was when a couple came in to get a tire fixed on their 03 Taurus, they walked on the show floor killing time and I ended up selling them a new $38,000 Taurus----the owner commented on that one. Most are truck sales--rural community--lots of hunters--farmers."Horseplay" said:That's awesome, Rod. How many vehicles has your dealership moved in that same time frame? I think that is exactly what he should do. He could tack those pics up on his office/cubicle wall. Future folks might see a familiar face and be more inclined to buy a car themselves. Such is the way in central Illinois (small town USA)."RapidRabbit" said:I can see it now.
Excuse folks, I need to take of picture of you with your new car for my forum. No that's not creepy.
Unless of course he selling a new mustang.
I think you should do the same thing for all the high heel sales you make. You would have to use your best judgement to decide angle/zoom level of the shots taken, obviously."RapidRabbit" said:I know a lot of dealers up here do that, just not the posting it on our forum part.

Craig would have a new favorite thread!
