I knew exactly what he meant when he said "altimeter", it's just a thing that measures something~ as said, his brain was probably in the Bahama's at that precise moment when writing what he wrote! :craz
However, as for the two wires on my solenoid, if I reverse them, the car wont start depite the colors of the wires. Right now it starts, and that's fine for now.
My husband has really gotten down on my spending, so I'm going to have to make that 100 amp chrome alternator work that's been laying around the garage! I have spent a great deal(I could have bought a new car for what I've bought over the past couple years), so I'll just have to make due with what's lying around the garage floor, at least until we sell our lake home, and '57 chevy(I hate selling that car!) and jet skiis and Yamaha boat!
