Yes i admit it, when i go out in either my 67 or 03 vert, i am one of those people who park at the end of the lot in no-mansland. I'd rather walk a mile then risk a shopping cart or door ding of any kind. Admittedly, the 03 is more of a garage queen then the 67 as it still has less then 10K on the odometer. Its not that the car is super rare or anything, but It has a lot of sentimental value. The first new car i've ever owned, and it was ordered straight from the factory with the trim packages we wanted at the time.

It always amazes me when occasionally some POS will take the time to park near me. I was very supprised today, as i left the store to go to my car and i find a lamborghini superleggera parked beside me. Now, i think that is a fitting companion for any stang.....

I'm the same way, even in my wife's Honda. It amazes me that people drop tens of thousands on a car, and don't give the first shart about it. We are obviously the minority, in a lazy society. BTW, sweet vert!

Been doing the parking out in the boondocks forever. But I have learned that hills and wind can worse than parking next to someone. :rp When my daughter rides with me she learned real quick not to complain about where I park. She did and I started the Mustang and moved even farther away. :vic Sometimes there is no choice, but I do look for 4 door cars as the door has less of a swing than a 2 door. Someone must really like GO to spend that kind of money on a car and get that color. :amaz fd
