Not much this year really. The Mrs. and I decided to tone our usual gift swapping down a bit this year.
I got my usual new pair of work boots (the only thing I ever ask for) and a new sweater.
The big excitement was our 15 year old daughter for whom we scored some front section tickets to an upcoming late Spring Taylor Swift concert. My wife will be accompanying her and I'll gladly be staying home for that one.

Lump a coal!
A fantastic garlic bulb cooker and some 351 cleveland valve covers.
Clothes for work; a $100 gift certificate at HD; a $50 gift certificate at Barnes and Noble (Yay!), and books (one of which was a duplicate of one sent two years ago by the same person!).
Damn...I put in a request for a GPS, so I'll have to go into town in the next day or two and get it myself.

I got a couple cool pictures from the GF, she had two pictures blown up and framed, one was a nice picture of the dash and the other is the gas cap with the reflection on the bumper. Both are framed and black and white, they look pretty cool hangin in the game room. I'll snap some pics later..

A few gift cards, a few tools, a Mustang shirt thats gonna make it to MBB III, and.....another firearm. WOOHOO. All in all a great Christmas and Kate had a blast this year. 9 month old Chip just kinda played with all the paper. Kate is gonna be 4 TOMORROW, so we are in birthday party organizing mode right now. Hope everyone had a great day.

I actually found some Hot Wheels that came in a plastic "lump of coal" and gave them to my boys last year in the stockings.

I got some new speakers for my 15 year old daily driver, a new digital camera to replace my ancient 2.0 megapixel Sony, and a Boss T-shirt. And in my stocking I got a piston key chain.
I also got some Texas grapefruit that my stepdad gets every year from one of his sisters. He can't eat it and has told this to his sister repeatedly, but she still sends him grapefruit.

Do to getting laid off back in October my Christmas was quite frugal. 50 dollar gift card from Home Depot. Wii fit that I used for 5 minutes because my daughter kept playing with it. What I did not get was any Steelers or Mustang stuff this year. :cry But it is not about me... my daughter made out as usual.
