Special Fuses.

hey Mid....

I was diggin through some boxes of old parts from the stang and came across my original harness. These fuses made me laugh.....

As far as i can tell it is OEM foil.... :gs

yep. those are pretty standard fare in old fuse blocks. it's amazing more of these cars haven't burned to the ground by now

I wonder if I should use that as my signature picture...nah!

I like that system. I will use that to reference when folks ask about a local wiring repair source..........see how uniform the tin foil is not........lol

Sorry....geez.....guess growing up in a family that called it "tin" foil for so many years after it was converted to "aluminum" foil is one of those things that I may never get changed....or worry about changing.......lol

Aluminum Foil is concours-correct; tin foil is cheap damn repro crap...


Try and find tin now-adays: sheet, bar, or round...pretty rare.

Yes, the tin foil would only be concours on pre WWII vehicles.
