sports roof / mach1

weren't all 70 mustangs ordered as sportroofs with mach 1 being a option?? does serial num specifically identify mach 1--thanks
 
To clarify Mach1 Driver's post. For the 1970 model year, there were 3 assembly plants in the US assembling Mustangs and each plant started seqential numbering with 100001. So,in theory, you could have two Mach 1's assembled thousands of miles apart with nearly the same VIN. For example 0R05H100001 and 0F05H100001 with "R" being San Jose and "F" being Dearborn. In both cases "05" represented a Mach 1.
