Springtime in Modesto - Pics

DEL65

Of The Morons
T-shirt weather this morning, so I tossed the honey-do list and goofed off. First of all, I aired-out the 67 I'm garaging for my friend:

Then I dropped by the shop to visit some buddies and eat donuts. L to R: 70 Chev p/up, 69 SS El Cam, 69 Coupe, 55 Chev inside, yours truly, 69 Camaro, 67 Chevelle, 55 Chevy Delivery.

Enjoy springtime in Modesto while you can...I hear the summers are hot and miserable and last all year long except for Feb. 5.

It sounds like I just received a "Midlife Curse." Oh nooooooooo... :hide

At least there aren't mosquitoes the size of B-52s like in your neighborhood....and some are pink.

Not at all. A roommate in college was from Modesto (he had a BMW 2002!), and he was always complaining about the heat and humidity of Modesto.

Heat...Yes...and I live for it.

Humidity....only during January. We rarely hit double digit humidity during the entire summer. It is a dry heat.
