Been a great inaugural season so far. Thanks for setting this thing up, Dale. It has been a lot of fun even though I am now forever hooked on playing fantasy!

This weekend marks the end of the "regular" season and most of the playoff spots are still wide-open. This weeks results will determine the fates of many teams. Make sure you get your rosters set and make any waiver wire claims necessary to bolster your team for what is sure to be a wild finish. If you happen to be one of the guys who has left your team on idle the last few weeks, take a few minutes and get re-engaged this final week and put your best team out there. Nobody wants this thing to be decided by one team or another getting a "free pass". It is still very much anyone's game!

It has been a lot of fun this year. :thu I will be sure to do it again next year. (maybe even add some spots) I don't think I will make the playoffs, it will take a lot of things going right, but I will go down swinging. :guns
 
I surely am glad that I got Michael Vick when no one else wanted him!

Dale even if we fail to make the top tier playoffs there is still a post season bracket for all players. That's why I am encouraging everyone to stick with it theses last few weeks.
 
Yeah it's been a fun year. Too bad Horseplay is Shirley kicking my a$$ this week. AND I lose Andre Johnson for a while after that fight yesterday.

I jumped ESPN this morning to see who had Johnson to see if the coming suspension would have a big impact next week. You're fortunate in that you built a good stable of receivers. You'll be fine without him.

With one team at 11-1 and what's projected to be four teams tied with 7-5 records... this coming final week will definitely knock someone out of the four position top playoff bracket. Guess who's 7-5 team gets the displeasure of facing the 11-1 team? Mine. Actually, I'm pretty confident that I can capture an end of season win to bring it up to 8-5, but I'm still going to need help from Terry's team Horseplay to defeat Mike's Orlando Seminoles in order for me to get into the top playoff bracket.

How is it possible that my RB Chris Johnson couldn't accumulate not 1 fantasy point this last week? Fortunately I didn't need his points to win this week, but really? Not even 1 point? I can't believe I'm even thinking this, but he might get benched....

You're right Dave, it will be a mad scramble next week with most of us needing more than just our own wins to get to the playoffs. Our games are both big for the whole league. We really need Rick and David to field complete rosters for their games to make things interesting. Hopefully they will get back on board for the stretch run. :peter

Yes, with their now "one dimension" offense, Johnson's stock has dropped considerably.... that's why I'm considering sitting him on the bench. We'll see.

On the bright side they didn't suspend Johnson. How that happens I can't understand though. It's not like he lost it for a second and threw a punch. He went full on wild.

There's no way he shouldn't be suspended for throwing punches. See what happens when you have a Thursday night game and the league needs a big name player to draw the fans in.

Um, the outcome of week 1 has nothing to do with the outcome of week 2. Yes, the scores from the 2 weeks are ultimately added together to determine the winner, but the week 1 results are what they are. I'm comfortable taking a 21 point advantage into the second week.
