Starting some pulled pork for tomorrow night.

I have owned a Big Green Egg for about a year now and have learned a lot. My wife saw an ad on Groupon for a local barbecue school. I decided that It would be pretty fun so I signed up for it. I learned a lot and decided to make some pulled pork.

I made own rub, sauce and injection fluid. I just put them on for some slow and low lovin throughout the night. I must be kind of crazy because I invited the neighbor over for dinner.

That's what I'm talking about the proof is in the pics. Looks like it was delicious.

I use some similar pullers to those Craig. Mine have thinner metal "claws" though. They are from meatrake.com. Yours look plain sinister!
