Sully has become as much a focus as the funeral event itself. Pretty cool.

If I could give you a label you would be known as captain understatement. Pretty cool is not even close. Maybe there are no words to discribe. It does bring a tear to my eye.

You know that’s a staged photo right? That dog was put into a down and he took the opportunity to get some Zzzz’s.

He’ll go back to Walter Read, get a new “person” and be a happy dog. That’s the neat thing about real service animals, they have the ability to love the one they’re with.

While the pic does put the “cause” out there, that was staged to get the reaction.

Sorry for the cynicism.

Yes, most everything they've done with Bush's dog has been staged. That particular group is really good about getting publicity apparently.
Still.
Big picture - I believe this aids the whole cause.

I could go on about how that dog could have been helping someone that really needed him, but with lesser means to do so, but I won’t.
