Sunday Project

Corn Hauler
Sunday, after church, decided I needed more storage space. I build a drawer under my long work bench. The drawer is 54 inches on the inside. I am going to put all my screw and bolt bins in it.

All done but the handles. I going to make some handles out of some old Ford wrenches I have.

That is a BIG drawer. Filling it up with hardware like that will add considerable weight. Did you use some heavy duty slides? Hate to have that fall on your feet!

The sliders I user will hold 200 lbs each. Should not be a weight issue.
 
My welder, Steven, had some time Sunday, So we made the handles for the drawers. Next Garage project will be some doors for some of the shelves to keep the dust off some of the parts. When Steven is using his router or table saw, even with a dust catcher, dust still get over everything.
