$600 an hour, I'm sure he was very proud of her!
The parts of the story than confound me are;
a) her husband was fully aware
b) by all accounts, financially she was not in need of the income at all as she and her husband are well off
c) she apparently did it for kicks/fun
d) she told many of her clients who she really was
e) she was very popular (not the most attractive of women)
