SVT mufflers installed

How sweet it is....just the right sound I was looking for. As they get run more, they do seem to change tone a bit. Quiet when cruising, rumble when hard accel. and a bit of a pop/rumble when I back off. I think the larger size really fits better since the GT/CS has the same rear valance as the GT500. The clean cut end is the same I run on all my cars. Just never cared for the way the rolled ecge makes it look so much smaller.

And I am not making a sound track....period...there are plenty of them out there...lol

The rest of the system is full stock also. I have thoughts about removing the resonators that are about mid car but not sure.....

FYI, the left is the new, the right is the stock.

Reviving the dead.....lol

Finally got around to having the stock resonators removed from the '11 GT/CS. Not a big difference but just enough. With the SVT mufflers and resonators and cruising at 60 mph, I had to really listen to hear any exhaust note. Now, it is there.....just enough to be comfortable. Around town, there is a good change. More distinct notes and more rumble when slowing down.

Recommend this for anyone wanting just a bit more sound compared to what you have now.

I have some form of Ford Racing mufflers on the 500 and really love them.
Pretty nice tone and they really come alive when you put your foot into them.
