My car is STILL in the shop as they found a "noise" in 4th and 5th gear after the dyno tune. The trans came out and went back to the shop I bought it from. Turns out that the trans has a short input shaft which caused the noise. I bought the trans new last year and its a T5Z, 1352-249. I'm running a late model 302 block, late model bellhousing, but the input shaft is too short? Has anyone else had this problem or am I missing something here? I can't understand why they sell the T5z with a short shaft, other than to give me the shaft............ :wtf
