Dollars to donuts is IE 5 or 6. They do a TERRIBLE Job with Alpha channels(aka, the faded translucency around the image's borders).

IE 6 thru 8 do a horrible job...but IE 5 and 6 were an absolute disaster.

How is the ShoutBox working out? Much participation? I turned it off a few months ago and kinda forgot all about it til I noticed it in your screenshot.

A better way to do it is to type google chrome in the google search bar, follow the link and click install.

You'll be thanking me when you're done.

Do it.

Maybe a work computer - I hate IE, although IE8 is better. However, it's what I got on the company laptop, and no chance of changing it.
