Link is in the menu, second from left.

Check it out and see what you think. I had to modify the database to accept years prior to 1980. capped it at 1964.

Some other alterations are needed.

Input appreciated.

"You can't view the garage because you don't have permission to." is what I get when I click on GARAGE.

A permissions thing. Apparently the mod was setup to use the default user groups. You two are in special groups that only exist at Stangfix. I'll fix it if I decide to keep it. There are several things that need work. Particularly, when you go to add modification to your car there is no manufacturers in the drop down and must be added. The process is a little non-intuitive.

I can understand why the developer decided not to list all manufacturers but don't understand the dependencies. It'll need some database work to fix all that.

I'm not going to put the effort in fixing the database if no one likes it.

I like it. :thu

One thing I don't like is how some things are required - like purchase price, mileage and under the Mods the manufacturer, product, etc. Some mods & upgrades don't really have a manufacturer. Shelby drop for example. I suppose you could say Ford, but :shrug seems easier to just leave some of that stuff as optional, not required. I don't remember the company my disc brake kit is from (I got it from a car club guy) so I can't add disc brakes to my mods.

One thing I don't like already is that it watermarks the images you use with smf garage. Those pics don't belong to the developer, and as far as I'm concerned he has no right to them.

We watermark pics here simply to promote the site. If someone hot links to a pic from the gallery, they know where the image come from.

I will ditch those requirements if it stays around. Simple database edits.

Seems like duplicating much info already here. Those that want the info out there about there rides have it posted in the forum that fits the vehicle. Plus....another place to have to update any pics when you post the changes made on the regular site pages.

This junky mod disabled the ability to upload to the gallery so I removed the garage mod. The gallery is far more important.
