Thank you Mrs. Johnpro

DILLIGARA?
Donator
I have been quietly selling off some of Johnpro's mustang parts and tools so Tracey didn't have to deal with it. I finally accumlated enough funds to warrant sending an email to Tracey regarding sending a check or to donate the funds to a charity of her choice or whatever. She asked me to simply donate all proceeds to StangFix. "This is what John would want".

So on behalf of StangFix's staff and members, we thank you Tracey.

Very thoughtful, please be sure and thank her. Craig, I dont care what Kevin says about you, your an alright guy!

Thanks all. She and the children are doing as well as any of us can expect. She did sell the big house and have moved into a condo which is the best thing she could have done.

On a side note, this past week I was inventorying the remaining items (mainly tools) and one item in particular is John's Eastwood fender lip roller which I borrowed back when I did Red fenders and I know that a select few of others such as David67 has borrowed it for I found his name on the carton. Thinking to myself "what a shame to sell this tool that has been so useful to others", when this past Friday I suddenly get a call from KBMWRS saying that SAC69 just called him asking where the Eastwood tool is for he needs to use it. Hah! The tool lives on !!!

The coolest part was that we were all planning to meet that evening at Del65's house in preperation for a car show, so I just hauled it in Shag. Maybe I won't sell this tool afterall for who knows when we'll get another call from someone needing to borrow it. Maybe it will become property of StangFix.

Awesome on Tracy's part....

Thank you Craig for helping her out like that! That is also very awesome!

I am glad to hear she and the kids are doing OK.

When you talk to her next give her Amber's and my love!

Thanks you again Craig!

Make it property. I need to roll the rear lips on my Mustang - you can bring it down next april for Knott's and it can do the socal tour. Put a Waldpro sticker on it.....

Glad to know Tracey and the kids are doing well. I have the Johnpro head on a stick in my garage where I see it everyday. I am always thinking about them. I'll make sure if the fender roller makes down to Socal that it will make it back up to Norcal in a timely matter.

Craig thanks for helping Tracey out.

You are a good friend to have Craig.

I hope I don't offend anyone with a few suggestions?

Make a thread for the tools here, since we all have Johnpro's addiction, you might find the items easier to sell.

Maybe have a Stangfix loaner program, where loanees can make a small donation for every use of the fender lip tool or any other tool loaned?

Good Job Craig.

I kinda need the fender roller too. The PO of the 65 didn't roll it all the way. Once I get new springs if it still rubs, I'll need to roll them more.

I am kinda interested in what tools are left, I may want something more to remember John by other than my hood and his pic above my garage to house door.
