We have a place here in Cedar and St. George called SubZero that does the same thing.
Pretty good stuff, but I see it as a fad. They were very busy at first, but in the state where ice cream is a huge seller, they seem to be not very busy.
Makes you wonder why the yogurt shop Menchie's and the custard shop, Neilsons is standing room only and the sub zero is not.
