The long winter hibernation is finally over!

After a very long, snowy winter, I finally prepped the 66 and took her out for a cruise today. Went by the lake where we ski and tested the water, still too cold to get in!

Car ran great, no problems and as usual this time of rear, reminded me how scary fast she is :pbj

Crazy dog, thought he'd take it for a drive. Good thing I had removed the safety key!

Track days are only a month away :weas

Congrats Mark.

I got mine back together yesterday after a never ending front disc brake conversion mess. Brake line leaks are a pain in the @ss. Just not much room under the hood to work in.

I would definately recommend a hydraulic flaring tool to anyone who has to make their own lines. The Mastercool tool I got worked like a charm.

Took mine out on the road today and it ran well also unfortunately I did not have any nice scenic place for pictures.

Definitely turned some heads and did a few exhibitions of exhilaration on the roadways.

Nice car!

As I've never actually driven a mustang, I don't yet know what it's like to put one "back" on the road...

That sure is a nice looking car!
I had mine out today also, I will post a photo tomorrow of how bad I was! :wm?

Very cool. Glad to see you're joining the crowd.

What??? my carb ran fine and the battery is still tightly in its place :ecit

You guys are killing me!!! OK, I'll start carrying a freakin' camera everytime I take it out. Of course the first time I do that I'll break down. Actually took it to church today with the whole family. Chip's first ride and he jabbered the whole way. Car seat looked a little odd back there. Alright boys, a pic will soon follow with the car out somewhere. Glad your battery stayed put Mark. I know the little screws holding the cover for those D cells can be a little tricky. Scary fast..................................for a 1/24 scale.

Not yet. I've been a passenger a few times, and almost had one as a rental; it wasn't to be... I've had a coupe in my garage for 12 years and counting, but the FB hasn't even been in this county, yet. Actually, I have backed the coupe out a couple of times, but since it has no interior or windows, I'm not sure that qualifies as "driving"...

2lbs per week, I've had to increase the open space in his kennel (sleeping quarters) twice already. He'll be a std block headed Lab in no time :ecit
