They are indeed popular with the repo guys, as well as regular towing companies. We had to have a car towed just yesterday that was abandoned in the middle of the street and locked (it was front wheel drive). While it didn't need to be moved sideways as in the video, the tow company arrived (with a Century rig), backed up, lowered the lift arm, hit the wheel lift bars and was outta there! It took all of about three minutes!
