Yeah, you can do better than that for less. Chevy is selling 'vert Z06's now for under $100k that will knock your socks off, and you could always pick up a used late-model Shelby Cobra (the roadster, not the Mustang) if you want an ungodly amount of power in a lightweight, short wheel base chassis. One of the motor options in the roadster was a 750hp supercharged, aluminum block 427 side-oiler, with nitrous.
