That is one of my worst fears at the track. Forgetting to dbl check the quick release everytime I get in the car.

I agree, looked like it broke. The quick release was still on the shaft.

It looks like he practiced that manuever . . . he kept his wits and acted to stop the car. That could have been a very bad wreck.

I hope he's OK and not too much damage. It's funny as heck seeing him fumble around trying to re-attach it etc.
