Time to buy some new tools.

Help me spend my money. I got some Sears gift cards for Christmas so that is were I need to get some new tools.

I need to remove the radiator support and the inner front fender. My son is my welder and he has an angel grinder so I do not need that. I thinking I need a sawsall. What else do I need to remove welded sheet metal.

+1 on the spot weld cutter. Hopefully Sears has one.

Assuming you have standard hand tools to take it apart, I would buy cutting discs for the angle grinder. I would use those to cut out the metal you to not plan to use. It would be cheaper than buying a sawsall. (The air chisel suggestion would work best if you already have an air compressor.)

I would buy a dolly and hammer. You will likely need to straighten out a few pieces of metal so you can weld in the new parts.
