1st off welcome,
2nd please turn off your caps lock, it's considered shouting.
Which way did you install the seal? with the open side towards the front of the motor or towards the engine or does that seal have a lip? (sorry, I don't know exactly what a '94 seal is shaped like)
What was the part #/brand of the TC gasket kit?
Are all the parts from the same year? '94 TC cover, balancer, etc.?
How does the surface of your harmonic balancer look? any grooves/burrs?
Any pics with the TC off and seal in or TC installed with seal and w/o harmonic balancer in the way might help.
