Tire tool

Yak, yak, yak
Ive known about the this tire sizing tool for several years:
Percys Wheelrite. Seems straightforward enough but you need to form a wire profile of the tire to check clearance.

My local Mustang II buddy showed this to me and I reall like it. It holds the actual tire in place and is adjustable. Pricey though.

I've seen the WheelFit in use on the Spike channel TV show "Detroit Muscle". They demonstrated one a few months back when they were calculating wheel offset and checking tire clearance for a project car. It's a super nice tool but as you said, pricey. I don't see how anyone but a shop could justify the expense for one. Definitely cool though!!
