took me five minutes

It took me 5 minutes to figure out that an email with FU in the title line meant Follow Up

At first I was like, well if that's how you feel then right back at ya but isn't that a bit unprofessional? :lol
 
LMAO.... I work in a world of emails and acronyms and have never seen "FU" used for "follow up". Awesome. I'm going to have to start using it.
 
i could see it now, All of marks post titles... "pt cruiser FU" "face plant at the lake FU" "Rebuilding the 289 FU"....

+1. I see it often at work as "...please f/u..."

I may respond back, " The FU you requested..."

You can't imagine what I endure when I read all those "acronyms" here on this forum.
By the time I figured it out , the topic has been closed.LOL
