Took some pics of our house from the air today,

A friend of mine just bought a little cessna 150 and we went flying for 2 1/2 hours today, I took some pics of our house, I will try to post one, someone will probably have to fix it for me, I flew probably 2 hours of the time, did 3 touch and go's, been a while since I had the stick in an airplane, kinda makes me want to get my license.

Wow that is way cool and I am not just talking about the weather. :coo Had an uncle who got his pilots license and went on a few rides with him. I remember him doing the "touch and go" thing as well. But that was over 25 years ago. fd
 
I took a few lessons about 35 years ago, I remembered quite a bit but I had forgotten quite a bit also, I was pretty nervous on the landings, just about anyone could take it off after a couple of lessons, the guy I was with yesterday is planning on getting his instructors license.

Neat pic of your house too, I have one of those, but Deb PAID the pilot that flies around taking aerial pics.
 
Monkeystash posted a better shot for me (thanks) I flew to our house using towns I recognized and highways as land points, I had a general idea of the correct compass heading, we were still around 750 feet when I took that pic I believe, I was not real comfortable getting down to the 300 foot level where I could have gotten better pics, I am not a pilot,just out having some fun.
