Trolley Jack

So my family asked me what would I like as a present for xmas and it got me thinking. I am at the stage where i could really do with my own trolley jack for my shop. It'll save me having to borrow the one out of our main workshop and walking it across the yard everytime i need it and then walking it back every morning when someone else needs it.

I want at least 3-3.5 tonne and preferably a low clearence unit to get under the front of my car. I want to spend about $200.

I have been looking around and most of the reasonably priced ones over here are junk. I started checking a few of the US ones and came across this one.

Its the first time I've heard of Arcan. What are they like in terms of quality? Is there any other brands i should consider?

I have a jack like the arcan but mine is blue. It works fine for me. Iirc I got it from Costco.
