Funny (OK, not really) thing is he's dead on. Turn on any network program and that's how they talk. Everything ends with a question mark. I see this with people in dog training classes as well. When teaching a command, it's said in the form of a question.
I'm guilty of doing this while mocking those that talk this way. So, like, that makes me cool?
