This is sort of ironic....... The guy filming it cracks me up! He is driving WHILE filming with his cellphone camera. I don't know about other states but in NY it is illegal to be driving while using a hand held device, it's a distracted driving law.

Believe it or not more crashes/injuries and even deaths happen because of distracted driving than street racing every year.
