Using studs instead of bolts on intake manifold

I am thinking of using studs in the heads instead of using bolts. The reason for this is to alleviate future helicoils in my aluminum heads. Opinions?

I used bolts on my aluminum heads (no helicoils) and removed and installed the intake twice. no problems.

I guess studs would be a good idea if you were using forced induction.

I agree. Just don't overtorque the bolts and you'll be fine.
