Vintage Oil

One of my full vintage oil cans is starting to leak. It is Aircraft Engine Oil. Can this be used in anything besides an airplane? Hate just to pour it into the recycle bucket.

What weight is it? Non detergent? Odds are no one will want to use it unless it has clear specifications or if they want to pour it into their favorite brother in law's fancy smancy BMW, when he's not looking.

put it in your household oil can to lubricate door hinges, garage door rollers, etc if you can't find a better application.

My old Briggs and Stratton engines eat any kind of oil known to man. If memory serves, that stuff is basically the same as the 50W racing oil I still have a few vintage cans of in the race car trailer box. Any time one of my old B&S's needs a change, a quart can of the vintage stuff gets the nod.
